MAA's Annual Conference & Business Meeting

Each spring the Michigan Archival Association sponsors a two-day conference with sessions about issues of archival and historical concern.  Held at sites throughout the state, the conference provides an convenient opportunity to network with colleagues.  MAA's Annual Business Meeting is also conducted at this time.  MAA chooses rotating meeting locations statewide, so that all our members have an opportunity to attend.  We are always open to suggestions; feel free to contact a board member for location proposal information.  Members receive reduced registration rates to the Annual MAA Conference.

Workshops

Each year the Michigan Archival Association aims to sponsor at least one workshop developed and taught by leaders in the profession to promote professional development in our archival community.  Workshops are held in the Fall or Spring and in conjunction with our Annual Meeting.  Information about upcoming Workshops is shared on our website, listserv, and Facebook page. Members receive reduced registration rates to MAA Workshops.
