Sponsorships

As part of our mission to support the state’s cultural heritage community, MAA sponsors the Best Entry in Use of Primary Sources special award at the annual Michigan History Day competition. Run by the Historical Society of Michigan, Michigan History Day and its regional and state competitions are part of the National History Day Contest competition.

Adopt An Archive!

This project aims to partner MAA professionals with Michigan small archives, local history rooms, historical societies, or other cultural heritage groups in need of assistance.  Think "weekend archival warriors".  Adopt an Archive is a volunteer opportunity for our members to give back to our profession and help our colleagues around the state with collection management.
